Transportation will be available to owners or guests who want to visit the most important places in Brickell and with 24-hour service. 

Deposit schedule are: 
Reserve with $10,000
20% to the contract (September)
20% at the beginning of construction (Q1 2024)
10% to the top-off (Q2 2025)
50% at closing (December 2025)

Maintenance: $1.10 per sq ft (Property Insurance, Cable, Internet, Water, Common Areas and Telephone).

Important points of the project:

1. The owner may occupy the unit for a maximum of 30 days per year. This can be consecutive or for days. (not blackout dates).
